10-year-old climbs El Cap!
10-year-old Selah Schneiter, from Glenwood Springs Colorado. After 5 days on the rock and climbing 2,900 ft (884 m), Selah and her father reached the summit via the iconic Nose Route on June 12th, 2019.
Selah has been around climbing all her life. Her father Michael owns Glenwood Climbing Guides in Glenwood Springs, Colorado which has given her the perfect training ground for such awesome achievements.

El Capitan (Spanish: El Capitán; The Captain or The Chief), also known as El Cap, is a vertical rock formation in Yosemite National Park, located on the north side of Yosemite Valley, near its western end.
